इन्कम टॅक्सच्या दहा नियमांमध्ये 1 एप्रिलपासून होणार बदल Web... 27 Mar. 2018 10:58 1. नव्या नियमानुसार नोकरदारांना सध्या देण्यात येणाऱ्या प्रवास भत्ता (रू.19,200) आणि रि-एम्बर्संमेंटची (रू. 15,000) जागा स्टँडर्ड डिडक्शन घेईल. 2.50 कोटी नोकरदारांना याचा लाभ मिळणार आहे. यापूर्वी निवृत्ती वेतनधारकांना प्रवास भत्ता आणि रिएम्बर्संमेंटचा लाभ मिळत नव्हता. परंतु, आगामी आर्थिक वर्षापासून त्यांनाही स्टँडर्ड डिडक्शन अंतर्गत या सुविधा लागू होतील. 2. सेसमध्ये वाढ- सध्या नोकरदारांच्या वार्षिक उत्त्पन्नावर आकारण्यात येणाऱ्या शिक्षण उपकरात (सेस) वाढ करण्यात आली आहे. येत्या वर्षापासून हा सेस चार टक्के इतका होईल. 3. इक्विटीमधील गुंतवणुकीवर लागणार 'लाँग टर्म कॅपिटल गेन टॅक्स'- समभाग अथवा इक्विटी ओरिएंटेड म्युच्युअल फंडामधील गुंतवणुकीतून मिळणाऱ्या 1 लाखांपेक्षा अधिक उत्त्पन्नावर 10 टक्के कर लागणार आहे. मात्र, यासाठी 31 जानेवारी 2018 नंतरचे उत्पन्न ग्राह्य धरण्यात येईल. 4. इक्विटी म्युच्युअल फंडावर मिळणाऱ्या लाभांशावर (डिव्हिडंड) टॅक्स- इक्विटी ओरिएंटेड म्युच्युअल फंडांच्या माध्यमातून मिळणाऱ्या लाभा...
