DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: TERRY NO WONDERLAND 3D (ULTIMATE HITS)
Nintendo 3DS™ [RPG] NTSC-J
This is the Ultimate Hits edition of the remake of the first Dragon Quest Monsters game (released 1998 on the Gameboy Color).
You take control of Terry and Milly (the child versions of the Dragon Quest VI characters) in their attempt to save Terry's sister, who has been kidnapped by the evil Wataboo. To do so, you must become a monster master, which means you have to catch, feed and breed monsters so they fight for you against their brethren.
The recruiting and leveling up of said monsters is the focus of your playtime, while the semi-randomly generated dungeons are rather quick to master. For the long run, there is a large amount of extra and end-game content that will keep you busy long after the main storyline is finished.
On a small side-note to Dragon Quest fans: a lot of the regular enemies from those games can be captured, raised, interbred and made to fight and die for you!
New features of the 3DS remake include:
DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS 2: IRU TO RUKA NO FUSHIGINA FUSHIGINA KAGI (ULTIMATE HITS)
Nintendo 3DS™ [RPG] NTSC-J
Iru and Ruka's adventures are now available on a single 3DS cartridge! Originally released on the Gameboy Color as two separate games, each with slight variations like a different main character and different variations of monsters to be found in the wild.
When Iru and Ruka discover the unplugged hole that allows the island of GreatLog to stay afloat they search for a Monster Master to help. But when they cannot find anyone, it will be up to them to save their home.
Dragon Warrior Monsters 2 allows players to form a team of monsters from various Dragon Quest games. Controlling either Iru or Ruka, the player begins their journey on Greatlog, where there are various shops, a monster farm, breeding area, and an arena.
By advancing the story players are given keys that unlock new worlds from Greatlog, which will act as a base for the player. There are various keys which will feature randomly created worlds for the player to explore! In these optional worlds, the player needs to fight through a certain amount of monsters to reach the final, randomized, boss of the world. Some of the worlds will feature rare monsters, while some have very common monsters, depending on the name of the key.
Nintendo 3DS™ [RPG] NTSC-J
First released in 2000 for the PlayStation, the ever-popular Japanese RPG 'Dragon Quest 7' set incredibly high standards for the numerous JRPG's that would eventually follow. Best known for the sheer size of the game it wasn't uncommon for players to have hundreds of hours of playtime and still have uncompleted side quests to tackle!
Now revived for the Nintendo 3DS, gamers can delve into this world once more and take in the countless Dragon Quest wonders. The title will feature graphical enhancements, non-battle sequences rendered in 3D, and 3D maps in birds eye view.
Players will start their journey on the peaceful Estad Islands, but when a mysterious map that tells a story of the destruction of the world's continents is found players will be joined by a band of heroes that will help you on your quest towards restoring the continents and defeating the Demon Lord.
Multiple changes have been made for the 3DS release:
OMEGA QUINTET
PlayStation®4 [Idol] Region Free
Compile Heart and Galapagos RPG are bringing us a brand PS4 title (the first of many we hope!) - mixing elements of the Idol simulation and JRPG genres into a stunning new IP! Released in full 1080p for the PS4, Omega Quintet will feature stunning artwork from Fukahire as well as music production by Lantis and (idea) WILL.
The game follows protagonist Takuto as he manages and protects the 'Verse Maidens', five pop idols (Otoha, Kyoka, Kanadeko, Nene, and Aria) who have the ability to defeat the invading 'beep' with the power of their song and dance!
Alongside detailed descriptions of the pop idol's personalities Compile Heart have already included descriptions of their rich cast of characters that hint at a number of clashing personalities and budding friendships.
The combat and gameplay follow what you would expect from a turn-based RPG, but it would not be a true Compile Heart game without the confirmed Senran Kagura-inspired destructible clothing (and big numbers when you attack, lots of big numbers)!
As a genre crossover don't expect fighting to take up all your time, you have some idol managing to do! Compile Heart have released a video showing off the "PVS" (Promotion Video System) a feature in the game that lets you make your own dance videos - allowing you to customize the live performances to your liking.
Omega Quintet will feature both Japanese and English voice-overs.

BLAZBLUE: CHRONO PHANTASMA EXTEND
PlayStation®3 PlayStation®4 XboxONE™ [Fighting]
The latest news out of Arc System Works confirms that BlazBlue will be appearing on the latest consoles, and for the first time since way back in 2010 BlazBlue will be coming to a Microsoft console, but no such luck for the X360.
The hyperactive and frenzied world of BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma is getting an upgrade and comes with all new story line as well as two new characters coming straight from the arcade version: Celica and Lambda-11! That brings the total count to 28 playable characters!
The original BlazeBlue: Chrono Phantasma story will be available in it's entirety, complete with voice overs, and will also include the all new "EXTEND" episode that will be set in the past. These upcoming scenarios will feature the characters Bullet, Kokonoe, and Kagura.
The Bullet storyline will reportedly delve into the past of the heroic wanderer as she explores the deaths of her comrades and infiltrates the Sector Seven research organization in search for the truth.

LUPIN THE 3rd
Monkey Punch's Lupin the third/ Rupan sansei is witnessing a rejuvenation with a live-action movie directed by none other than Ryuhai Kitamura and a fifth anime series set to air in 2015. So, good news for old fans and newbies alike.
This live-action movie functions as an introductory story to some of anime's most beloved characters of all time: rapscallion Lupin, sharpshooter Jigen, master swordsman Goemon, their nemesis Zenigata and Lupin's other nemesis Fujiko.
All of those characters have been around for over 40 years and finally they get a second, high budget movie. The story revolves around a prestigious object called the "Crimson Heart of Cleopatra" which is kept in one of the most secure locations on earth.
So it starts as a heist movie but develops into intrigue, betrayal and plot twists like we expect from a Lupin the third story. Director Ryuhai Kitamura is well known for his gravity defying action scenes and over-the-top choreography.
Lupin III is available in its original Japanese version and the Hong Kong release with English audio and subtitles for pre-order with a March 6th release date.
When Kojima does a special edition, you know that it's definitely going to be something worth talking about. For the upcoming Japanese version of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain - releasing Sept 2, 2015, the Premium Pack Konami Style Limited Edition is a sight to behold.
A Japanese exclusive, aside from finally getting to play the alleged final chapter of the stealth saga extraordinaire, included with the game is an Artbook, Field Map, Bouns Blu-Ray Disc, a Special Case, and Special DLC codes. But let's not kid ourselves. The main reason why anyone would get the Limited Edition is for the 1/1 scale replica of Snake's bionic arm!
